Even during the cold commissioning, we test every component down to the smallest detail — from rotation direction checks and sensor inspections to verifying the automatic start and stop sequences in our control software. This shortens the subsequent hot commissioning phase and ensures an efficient start-up.
During hot commissioning, the plant is gradually filled with material — first module by module, then as a complete system. Calibration then follows to achieve the desired throughput and ensure the highest material quality.
Ramp-Up – Efficient Performance Increase
After commissioning, the gradual ramp-up phase begins, during which the plant’s performance is continuously optimized. Our recycling experts support this process on site, analyze operations, and fine-tune the settings to ensure a stable and efficient workflow. This way, we achieve maximum performance with the highest process stability.
